Dover Air Force Base

Fred served as Principal-in-Charge for the design-build delivery of a state-of-the-art Air Traffic Control Facility at Dover Air Force Base. The project was executed under strict federal security guidelines and in direct support of national security operations. Fred led all aspects of design coordination, contractor oversight, and compliance, ensuring successful execution of this mission-critical facility within a high-security, federally regulated environment.
