Grossmont College – Performing Arts Center Program Manager
Fred served as Program Manager for the construction of the 39,680-square-foot Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Grossmont College. The facility includes a 390-seat concert hall and features state-of-the-art music, choral, and instrumental rehearsal spaces designed to support the college’s expanding performing arts curriculum. Fred provided oversight from design through construction, ensuring the project met programmatic requirements, acoustical standards, and community expectations while adhering to budget and schedule.
