Fred provided leadership for the planning and delivery of the Life and Physical Sciences Building at Glendale Community College—a five-story, 117,000-square-foot facility featuring state-of-the-art teaching and laboratory spaces. The building was designed to support the college’s anatomy, biology, chemistry, geology, oceanography, and physics programs, consolidating multiple disciplines into a modern STEM-focused academic environment.
